Townhome vacation rentals in Iron County

This was our second extended stay at Francis's condo and we found it perfect for our needs and a great value. There was a minor hiccup prior to check-in but Francis was responsive and gave us reasonable options on how to resolve the problem. Overall we would stay here again.

Lynne's place is really nice. I'd actually go as far to say that the picture of the living room does not do it justice. It is more spacious than the picture indicates. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen with small details such as zip lock bags to make the stay so much easier. I did read from previous comments that the downstairs bedroom was colder than the rest of the condo. This didn't come as a surprise but something worth keeping in mind for those that are very sensitive to this. Having the garage was great because we had some very snowy days.

We arrived Thursday . My cousin had the wrong address . So I called Mike and left him a message . He was quick to response and I had found the correct address. He gave us the code to get in . He also explain the water valve location to the home . Very nice home .Had all the necessary amenities we needed in the kitchen.

I’ve stayed here a couple times now and it’s just been the perfect place. Definitely recommend.

Our family spent an incredible Christmas at Family time place . The view are amazing, I can say enough words to describe how grateful we are , the townhouse was very clean and spacious, we love the kitchen. The communication with them was 100 per cent good . I definitely recommend you to stay at family place .

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Katy and Phillip's place. This time I was in the larger room with the attached bathroom. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easily accessed from the freeway. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to have the mini fridge/freezer in the room (just make sure it's plugged in :) ). The room was large and the attached bathroom was very nice. I will definitely keep this place in mind if I am traveling through the area again.

Clean, comfortable and a responsive host. We had everything we needed for a business trip. Ticked all the boxes and would happily return the next time we’re in the area.

Loved Shelby's place! It was new, clean, and beautifully decorated. Great location. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cedar City!

Comfy clean space. Though we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen was adequately stocked if we needed to. Lots of attention to detail throughout this nice apartment. The cleaning people who care for it are first rate for the area. Cabinets were well organized, hospital corners on beds etc. well above what we have come to expect from other properties in the area. Location is great too. Close to downtown but still quiet. We have family the area so will certainly book again in the future.

We had a great weekend. Every aspect of our stay was very positive. The location and amenities are awesome. Jeremy was a great host. His communication was excellent and he provided all the information we could’ve needed.

The stay went really smoothly. The cleaning/checkout requirements were very reasonable. The host was very responsive to questions and gave great instructions. It was a great deal for a great space.

Wonderful place-met exactly what we needed for our event. Loved the small town and their upcoming Halloween events. Thank you. If needed, we would rent the place again.

Great place, very responsive management company. The place is in a great location next to the lifts and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. While this does not take anything away from the place, it would be nice to add a couple of working desks in the bedrooms since several travelers are working a little bit when they travel.

The place was great! Lots of space, stocked super well, and the location was great. Parking inside the garage is only for small cars but we were able to fit two cards in front of the garage without any issue. Yes, get ready for the climb up the stairs :) But it's really not that bad.

Wonderful host and stay. Would recommend to personal friends and family.

Comfortable stay with plenty of room!

The thermostat stopped working. Kyle showed up within 15 mins to had it fixed. Very appreciated. The house is very clean and fairly new. Highly recommended.

Outstanding ! This place made me feel I was in a Boutique Hotel !! The place was very clean and tidy, very quiet place and very well located . The accommodations were perfect for us with every amenity we needed. The host was polite friendly and responsive with helpful and clear instructions. Loved the attention to detail with the labels on the light switches and framed signs on the counters throughout the house. Definitely recommended !

It was a very nice stay. The Airbnb had a fully supplied kitchen, bedrooms were clean, games were provided, the bathrooms were clean, and the owner was very kind and responds quickly.
