Enjoy DC with all the most luxurious amenities you deserve! We spared no expense renovating our basement to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Filled with light from both the front and the side windows, this apartment has two full bathrooms, each beautifully done with high-end finishes. There is a large TV and dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for first pet, $25 per additional (additional pet fee after the first will be billed after your reservation is complete). Maximum 3 dogs.

Keep it simple at this private English basement apartment. In-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, spacious living/dining area. Walking distance to Medstar, Children's National, & VA Hospitals; Catholic, Howard & Trinity Universities. city bus stop 1 block away; metro train (red & green lines) 1 mile away. Less than 5 miles to Union Station, Capitol, White House, & National Mall. We live upstairs with an excitable dog & active toddler. Please book expecting modest city & neighbor noise =)

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.
