Simon and Denise were excellent hosts, respectful of our privacy but also kind and helpful. They were very welcoming of our dog and told us of good walks across the fields. The hottub was hot and powerful and the Infrared Sauna was bliss. We loved being able to walk around the onsite orchard and even bought a bottle of the plum wine. Neldar is a wonderful place to stay.

A lovely house that is clean, homely and in a lovely private setting. Perfect for what I needed. Tracey was very quick at responding to messages and really helpful and flexible when I asked if I could get into the property abit earlier. Would definitely recommend and re visit.

From the moment I booked this tranquil escape, Jean the host made the stress disappear with helpful communication on the lead up to our break. It’s clear to see the passion and pride Jean has for her role as a host and her home. The lodge was cosy and comfortable and so much attention to detail with little touches to ensure her guests have the best stay possible. Loved our night away at Kim and Sam’s place. One night wasn’t enough. Will definitely be back for a weekend trip. Lovely location, so peaceful. Enjoyed my bowl of coco pops in the morning. Hot tub was perfect, very romantic with the lights

This place is awesome. Everything is perfectly setup with everything you would need for a comfy stay. Communication was perfect with welcoming and departing messages giving us flexibility on the check out time, which was very thoughtful. Happy to say I can think of nothing negative to say. We had the perfect stay in the Nissen Hut whilst visiting relatives in the area. It had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. It was located in a very private and peaceful apple orchard. It’s our first stay in a Nissen Hut and it was extremely comfortable. If we’re back in the area we would hopefully rebook it without hesitation. Thank you for all the little extra touches eg. Bottle of local Apple Juice which was delicious.

Amanda has done a wonderful job with this shepherds hut. The attention to detail was superb. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. We were greeted with a basket of goodies, fresh eggs, bread and jam. The kitchen area had everything we needed including microwave and kettle - such good use of a tiny space! The bed was cozy and comfortable, we had a very good night sleep. Would definitely like to stay again for a bit longer next time!

Loved our stay at the waterside retreat, lovely walks along the golf course and nature reserve. The golf club bar "spikes" was warm and friendly. And the lodge was like a home from home. definitely be booking again but I'll bring my clubs next time. Peter, Jane & Lola (Cockerpoo)
