Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the lake is breathtaking. We plan on returning! Lisa is a wonderful host! She was always quick to respond if we needed anything and she checked in to make sure everything was okay when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean, as pictured. Kenzie was great about responding to messages quickly and is very friendly too. We would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

I was very impressed with the house. Everything was spotless and looked as the pictures posted online. I would definitely rent this home again.

Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. Wonderful place to stay! Clean and very convenient to downtown Nashville.

Cozy space, close to restaurants. Comfortable king bed and clean bathroom. The heat pump wasn't working the first night but Nealy called a repair company the next morning. Would come back for sure!

We were a party of 8 celebrating my brother's bachelor party weekend. There was plenty of space, comfortable for 8 no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a 6 day stay for work training during the snow week. Steph was very gracious in accepting my reservation at the last minute! This home is clean, very cute & well decorated in a retro 70’s vibe and cozy with all the conveniences of home. All bedrooms have a nice sized TV & are lovely! The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even the bathroom is conveniently stocked with toiletries that you may have forgotten to bring and a first aid kit. This came in handy for sure! I enjoyed using the flex space as an office and it can double as a get ready makeup area . The host Steph was very polite and responsive. I had to cut my trip short and Steph was very helpful in making the reservation adjustments.

Only stayed one night. But our stay was a great one. Trying find the place a was some what challenging but got it figured out. But once inside it was great loved the open space of the living room the big kitchen. Would stay again. But for longer than a day 👍🏻

We had a great stay here! Short walk to a great coffee shop. The place was the perfect size for a group of 10 girls. Cute decorations with ample furniture. Easy check in. 10 minute Uber/Lyft to Broadway for less than $10. Couldn’t ask for more!

The air bnb was small but perfect for what we needed. We were able to easily come and go. It was quiet and simple. Perfect for what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bill and Vicki's home! I picked their listing as it was dog friendly and was in a great location. Unfortunately, I became sick and had to delay our trip. Bill and Vicki were extremely accomodating with the change in our reservation. My dogs loved the beautiful home and were sad that we weren't staying longer. The home was clean and spacious and in a friendly, safe neighborhood. We were very impressed with the listing and would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect clean house with all the amenities promised. Beds were great. Plenty of room for the whole family including toddlers. Some minor recommendations: a few faucets and switches were backwards and should be so noted; some more tea spoons and a larger fry pan are needed. You should but a note by the fireplace that it does not work. We would definitely stay again if we wind up in Nashville. Thanks for the hospitality.

Best place to stay!! The hosts were simply amazing, the place was beautiful and spotless, and it was even better than the pictures!! Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be using in the future as well!! We had a bachelorette party of 12 and there was still so much room !! Loved love love !

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

I went to Nashville with my mom and brother. We were busy each day. The home we stayed in was the perfect location…no more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we needed. The home was as described. It was clean and had all we needed. Tiffany and Osman were in contact with us at all phases. They gave local recommendations and were friendly in all communication. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Nashville!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a large group of people. Plenty of kitchen, dining, outdoor, and sleeping space. There were plenty of amenities and a large living room to make you feel at home. The house is only about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, so it’s close enough for a $30-$35 Uber. Great place and would stay again for sure.

They were extremely helpful and responsive prior to booking when I had questions. They were very accommodating hosts, would absolutely stay here again if the need arises.

Great home-base location to explore Nashville from. Walkable to year- round- daily farmers market + Germantown restaurants. Spacious w/ a good lay out for our group of 5 adults. Off street parking a plus. Comfortable beds + well equipped.
