Service hosting basics

If you want to provide a service on Airbnb, make sure to meet our standards and ground rules before creating a listing. Let’s get started.

Find details on the standards and requirements that Airbnb Service and Experience hosts must meet.

To ensure we can continue to offer benefits like 24/7 customer support, we charge experience and service hosts a service fee.

You may make a listing available to only guests of your gender when you share living spaces with them.

Services and experiences must be high-quality and safe.
