How do I include a guest or business name on my billing receipt?
Airbnb provides billing receipts and itineraries to all guests who have booked on the site, found under Your Trips.
After submitting your reservation request, you will be able to add additional guest names or business information* following the checkout page. You can also add this information at any time before the checkout date from Your Trips, underneath the link to your billing receipt. If your reservation has ended, you cannot add these details to your billing receipt.
Be sure to add only the names of those who will be staying at the listing, which cannot exceed total number of guests included in the reservation details.
For questions regarding visa application documentation requirements, please contact the consulate or other legal authority in the country to which you are traveling in order to find out what information you will need in order to obtain a travel visa.
Please know that we are unable to include items to your billing receipt, such as passport numbers, birth dates, or tax identification numbers. In addition, adding VAT details to your business information is purely documentation and does not affect VAT charged on your reservation. For information regarding VAT, please read this FAQ.
