How do text message notifications work?
Text message alerts give you status updates of new messages, reservation requests, and more. Please remember, notifications may be sent at any time, based on when a host or guest sends a message or request. Manage the notifications you receive or disable text message notifications from Account > Notifications.
When you opt-in via our website, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your sign-up. For keywords or short codes supported, text HELP to 247262. You can cancel text message notifications at any time by texting STOP to 247262. We will send you a text message to confirm you unsubscribed, then you will no longer receive text messages from us. You’ll also need to disable text message notifications in your account.

Please note: we only support sending SMS on carriers in North America and Europe. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received, so it is best to contact your wireless provider to confirm.
