Pricing your listing
What to charge? It’s up to you, but these tips could help you decide:
- Check out market prices: Try searching for comparable listings in your area to find out what they go for
- Factor in your cleaning fee: Build it into your rate or add it as a standalone fee
Once you’ve landed on a number, go ahead and set your price.
Let guests know prior to booking if you charge extra for things like late check-ins or pets. Better yet, say so in your listing. Then, use the Resolution Center to securely request payment. (Airbnb is not responsible for collecting payments to you that aren’t already incorporated into your nightly price.)
