You can edit your listing address as long as the new address is within Airbnb's allowed distance from its current location and you haven't received a reservation request or confirmed reservation.
You'll need to create a new listing if either of these applies:
You can also choose whether potential guests see your listing's precise or general location on the map in public search results. This doesn't change your listing's address or the actual location of its map pin. Confirmed guests will still receive your listing's exact address and map location.
If you can't update your listing with the correct address, you'll need to create a new listing. Guests shouldn't be directed to an address that's different from the one in their reservation details.
If you already have reservations, you can offer your guests the new listing after you've published it. Guests must agree to the change, and you'll need to update each reservation with a trip change request. If a guest doesn't agree to the new listing, you're responsible for canceling their reservation.
