You may be able to instantly extend your stay if:
- Your reservation is at an Instant Book listing
- You're adding nights (not changing or removing existing dates)
- The pricing change is straightforward (nightly rate plus applicable fees)
- The extension is booked at least 72 hours before current checkout time
When instant extension is available, you'll see the updated price—including any additional nightly rates and fees—before you confirm. In most cases, the additional cost will be charged to your original payment method.
If instant extension isn't available for your reservation, you can still send a change request to your host. They'll have 24 hours to accept or decline.
