THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “HOTEL CREDIT TERMS”) APPLY TO AIRBNB CREDIT THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE AFTER MAKING AN ELIGIBLE HOTEL BOOKING ON AIRBNB. CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED IN THESE HOTEL CREDIT TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS GIVEN IN THE AIRBNB TERMS OF SERVICE, PAYMENTS TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AIRBNB TERMS”).
Airbnb Travel LLC (“Airbnb”) may, in its sole discretion, make users eligible for a limited-time promotion in which they would receive time-limited promotional credits (“Airbnb Credit”) after they complete a stay at an eligible hotel booked through the Airbnb Platform (the “Airbnb Hotel Credit Program”). Airbnb Credit is subject to the Airbnb Credit Terms and Conditions.
If a hotel reservation will enable you to receive credit, the offer will be identified on that hotel’s listing page. The specific amount of Airbnb Credit that a user may be offered pursuant to the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program is subject to Airbnb’s discretion. If Airbnb notifies you that a certain percentage of your hotel booking value will be issued in Airbnb Credit, that percentage calculation will be based on the booking value (inclusive of any discounts), excluding any fees and taxes.
Airbnb Credit issued through the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program will expire one (1) year after the check-out date for the booking for which the Airbnb Credit was earned. The expiration date is the last date on which you can redeem the Airbnb Credit by completing a booking on Airbnb. Airbnb Credit can be used for any stay, experience, or service booking on the Airbnb Platform, subject to availability in your region. Airbnb Credit cannot be used to purchase an Airbnb gift card, to make a reservation on any other platform (including the HotelTonight platform), or be applied to previous bookings. The maximum amount of Airbnb Credit that can be earned for any single reservation under the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program is $2,000 USD or the equivalent in local currency. If you choose to change your preferred currency prior to redeeming the Airbnb Credit, it may be subject to currency conversion at a rate available at time of redemption.
Airbnb Credit is issued only to the user who made the eligible hotel reservation, irrespective of whether they booked on behalf of another guest or whether they are accompanied by another guest for the hotel stay. Airbnb Credit accumulated on different accounts or by different users may not be transferred, combined, or aggregated. Airbnb Credit is non-refundable, and is not cash, currency, a stored value product or a gift card product.
To participate in the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program, your Airbnb account must be in good standing. Each participant in the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of Airbnb will be made in its sole reasonable discretion, and solely based upon its records. Airbnb reserves the right to change or terminate the Airbnb Hotel Credit Program, including by changing the amount of Airbnb Credit you may earn for each reservation or the way in which you may earn or redeem Airbnb Credit, at any time. Such changes will apply to future reservations only. For material changes, Airbnb will provide notice consistent with the process for modifying our Terms of Service.
