The 2026 Q1 Bali, Tokyo, Seoul, and Jeju Active Available Supply Incentive Reward Promotion (“Availability Reward Promotion") offers a $200.00 USD reward to any published host who meets the availability requirements set forth below through April 30th, 2026, and an additional $100.00 USD reward if the host remains available through May 30th, 2026 and completes a total of 3 bookings. Only published listings are eligible for the Availability Reward Promotion. Draft, paused, or unlisted services aren’t eligible. Only listings within the Bali, Indonesia, Tokyo, Japan, Seoul and Jeju, South Korea service areas are eligible for the Availability Reward Promotion. Listings that don’t meet the availability requirement are excluded. A host is eligible to receive the reward only once during the Availability Reward Promotion period, regardless of the number of listings or bookings.
The reward will be paid to the Payout Method on your Airbnb account within 30 days of the end of the availability period(s) (April 30th, 2026 and May 31st, 2026). All payments here under shall be subject to the Payments Terms of Service (the "Payments Terms"). All provisions of the Payments Terms, including but not limited to Sections 3 and 5 of the Payments Terms, that apply to hosts, also apply to you.
All payments will be issued by Airbnb and are subject to applicable local, state, and federal tax laws. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations incurred and are encouraged to consult a tax advisor. Airbnb may request additional verification to comply with regulatory requirements prior to issuing payment.
