Offer kitchen stocking to your guests

Kitchen stocking lets you welcome guests with groceries delivered by Instacart. It’s a great way to make things easier for your guests and make them feel at home.

How to participate in kitchen stocking

Select hosts and co-hosts in pilot cities can enhance their guest experience by offering kitchen stocking, with groceries delivered by Instacart. Participation is by invitation only, and not all eligible listings will offer this service.

How it works once you’ve opted in

  1. A guest booking a stay at your home places an Instacart order through Airbnb.
  2. You’ll receive a notification confirming that an order has been placed.
  3. Next, you can schedule a delivery time that works best for you.
  4. Once the shopper begins shopping and heads to your place, you’ll receive status notifications via SMS.
  5. You’ll receive the groceries, organize items in the home, and remove packaging and shopping bags before your guest arrives.
  6. You’ll send a message via Airbnb to your guests when the home has been stocked and everything is ready for their arrival.

After you’ve opted in, you can opt out at any time by emailing us at groceries@airbnb.com.

Kitchen stocking is currently only available in select locations.
