    What does it mean if I can’t see the home I booked on the site?

    Hosts can turn their homes off at any time so they are hidden from the search results, but this is only to prevent new bookings. If you have a confirmed reservation with the host, your reservation is still active, even if the host turns off the home in the meantime.

    While the home is hidden, the public view of it will not be accessible. However, your itinerary contains your host's contact information, as well as other useful information (for example, check-in details and house rules). To find your home reservation, go to Trips and choose your trip. Then, tap Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to tap your check-in date.

    You and your host can also still continue to message through the site to figure out details about check-in, checkout, and the exchange of keys.
