Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.

How to get to the Resolution Center

You can go directly to the Resolution Center and then select the reservation you need to send or request money for.

Access the Resolution Center from your reservation

You can select your reservation first and then navigate to the Resolution Center from there.

  • For guests: Go to Trips > select the reservation > Resolution Center > send or request money
  • For hosts: Go to Today > select the reservation > send or request money

You have up to 60 days after the reservation’s checkout date or end time to submit a request via the Resolution Center.

Access the Resolution Center via the Help Center

If you’re within the 60-day submission period, a direct link to the Resolution Center will appear on your Help Center homepage. Alternatively, you can always use the Help Center search function and follow the links to the Resolution Center.

Staying at a hotel? The Resolution Center isn’t available for hotel stays. In this case, you’ll need to resolve issues directly with the hotel.
