You can go directly to the Resolution Center and then select the reservation you need to send or request money for.
You can select your reservation first and then navigate to the Resolution Center from there.
You have up to 60 days after the reservation’s checkout date or end time to submit a request via the Resolution Center.
If you’re within the 60-day submission period, a direct link to the Resolution Center will appear on your Help Center homepage. Alternatively, you can always use the Help Center search function and follow the links to the Resolution Center.
Staying at a hotel? The Resolution Center isn’t available for hotel stays. In this case, you’ll need to resolve issues directly with the hotel.
