How do I edit my pricing and availability on my calendar?

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of and select Your Listings.
  2. Click Manage Listing and Calendar for the listing you want to edit.
  3. In your calendar, double-click on any upcoming date. You’ll open a window where you can enter the start and end dates of any period of time you want to edit—it doesn’t have to include the date you clicked on. You can set that period of time as either Available or Not Available, set a nightly price, and add notes, which will only be visible to you.
  4. Click Save after you’ve made your changes.

Dates that are white on your calendar are available to guests, and dates that are gray are unavailable. Unavailable dates don’t have a nightly price. When a date is grey and white, the color on the left represents daytime availability and the color on the right represents nighttime availability.

Changes to your calendar may take a few minutes to appear live on your listing, and up to an hour to be reflected in search results. You can always view your calendar to confirm updates. Keep in mind that even if you don’t make changes to your pricing or availability, visiting the Calendar page for your listing will reset your Calendar last updated reminder to today.

If you want to switch your listing from Unlisted or Listed, you can do that in the drop-down menu in the bottom-left corner of your calendar page.

Calendar settings

You can choose additional settings when you update your calendar from your computer.

You can use the Same-day requests setting to allow or block reservation requests from guests who would arrive on the same day or the next day. If you need more advance notice, you can use this setting to block all same-day or next-day requests.

If you want to ensure you have a break between guests, you can use the Preparation time setting to automatically block time before and after every reservation at your listing. You can choose to block one night or two.

The Distant requests setting blocks requests for trips that wouldn’t start for several months. This setting controls a rolling window of time that shifts forward each day, so you only need to set it once and it will continue to update. For example, if you select I want guests who arrive within 3 months, you’ll only get requests for trips that start within 3 months from the current date.

You can set the Minimum Stay and Maximum Stay guests can request. If the trip they want to book is shorter or longer than your requirements, they won’t see your listing when they search for a place to stay.

If you click the link to Add a requirement for seasons or weekends, you can set different minimum night requirements for specific time periods. Keep in mind that if you have multiple requirements, the longest minimum stay terms will apply to dates that fall within both time periods.

After you Add a requirement for seasons or weekends you can also choose to set a check-in day for that date range. When you set this requirement, only guests who want to arrive on your chosen day of the week will see your listing when they search.
