Register with the local government

In order to rent your accommodation in Perugia, you must submit a Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities form to the city’s Single Unit for Productive Activities (SUAP).

How to file:

• Complete and sign the Settore Attività Produttive form here
• Attach a scan of a valid identity document, such as your passport
• Email the completed form and ID to suape@pec.comune.perugia.it
