What are the consequences for private rooms in Catalonia and Barcelona after the 14th of June 2022 judgment by the High Court of Justice of Catalonia?
In its 14th of June 2022 judgment, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia has rendered effectless due to a formal defect the regime applicable to private rooms (home sharing) in the regional Catalonian regulations that were applicable since the 6th of August 2021.
