What’s expected of guests
We expect our guests to be considerate and respectful of their hosts, hosts’ neighbors, and other community members.
Be considerate of the community: Guests should be mindful of their impact on neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding area. For example, guests shouldn’t create excessive noise, hold disruptive gatherings, or otherwise disturb the surrounding community.
Respect hosts and their property: Guests should treat hosts, their homes and property and all members of the community with respect, and shouldn’t access any off-limits areas or misuse property. Guests should leave the home in a state that doesn’t require excessive cleaning. In rare cases where a guest causes property damage beyond normal wear and tear or is responsible for property loss, they should inform the host and work with them to find a reasonable solution.
Follow the host’s standard house rules: Guests should review and comply with all standard rules set by the host on the listing page, including check-in and checkout times, quiet hours, and restrictions on guest count, smoking, and pets.
