How to fix listing errors for software-connected listings
Errors can sometimes happen while updating your listing via your software provider. To review the errors and fix them, log in to your Airbnb account using a desktop computer or the web browser on your mobile device. This feature isn’t available using the Airbnb app.
- Go to Listings
- Click or tap Fix Errors to review all errors
- Review the error type, error, and status to learn the necessary steps to resolve the issue
Note: For errors that can be fixed directly on Airbnb, click Fix to resolve the issue. For errors that need to be updated through your connected app, contact your software technical support team.
