Why might guests run into booking errors for a software-connected listing?
When a reservation is being made, Airbnb’s reservation system automatically syncs with your software provider to make sure the listing’s availability is up-to-date. If the guest encounters an error message saying the calendar needs updating or the dates are no longer available, this means the software provider’s availability information has changed and those dates are now blocked.
If your software shows those dates as available but the guest still gets this error, contact your software provider’s technical support team. Tell them about the error, and provide the listing information and dates so they can investigate. If necessary, they will contact Airbnb's technical support team for further investigation.
