Adding accessibility features to listings

It's wonderful when you can welcome even more people to your place by adding accessibility features—many guests search listings for specific requirements.

How it works

First, make sure your listing is published. Then you can edit your listing by room and highlight each accessibility feature with at least one clear photo.

Edit your listing to include accessibility features

  1. Go to Menu, select Listings, and click the listing you want to edit (Please note: your listing needs to be already published in order to add these features).
  2. Go to Accessibility features
  3. For each feature you have, click, I have this feature. You'll also be prompted to add a photo.
  4. Once you've added photos, click Save.

You’ll be required to add at least one photo for each feature. All features and photos must meet our guidelines below. Once your features are confirmed against our photo guidelines, they’ll be shown on your listing’s Accessibility features section.

If you're connected to Airbnb via a channel manager or property management software on full sync, you'll need to update your accessibility amenities via your API software. Contact your API software provider to ask them about their timeline to release the Accessibility API feature so you can add your amenities.
