In general, finding internet or using data on your phone is challenging in Cuba. We suggest you print out your confirmation email, which includes your host’s contact information, the address for your listing, and the schedule for any experiences. Printing a map and marking points of interest can also be extremely helpful.

Connect with your host before you head to Cuba to finalize details and agree on a meeting location. Most of our hosts in Cuba prefer phone calls over email correspondence.
