How to use Instant Book
Set your listing for Instant Book and relax—hosting just got easier.
The benefits include:
- Convenience: Book guests without having to respond to each request.
- More guest interest: Guests can use filters to search for listings that can be booked instantly. Instant Book listings are more popular with guests since they’re able to more easily plan their trip.
- Search placement: Instant Book positively affects your response rate for your listing, which can improve your listing’s placement in search results.
- Superhost Status: Instant book can also help you reach Superhost status, which requires that you maintain a 90% response rate.
To turn Instant Book on or off:
- Go to Listings and click the listing you want to change
- Click Policies and rules
- Next to Instant Book, click Edit
- Select Instant Book on or Instant Book off
- If you choose Instant Book on, select your guest requirements
- Click Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting 
- Tap Menu, then Listings
, and tap the listing you want to change - Tap Booking settings
- Under Booking, select Instant Book on or Instant Book off
- If you choose Instant Book on, select your guest requirements
- Tap Save
- Tap Profile and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings , and tap the listing you want to change
- Tap Booking settings
- Under Booking, select Instant Book on or Instant Book off
- If you choose Instant Book on, select your guest requirements
- Tap Save
- Go to Listings and tap the listing you want to change
- Tap Policies and rules
- Next to Instant Book, tap Edit
- Select Instant Book on or Instant Book off
- If you choose Instant Book on, select your guest requirements
- Tap Save
When Instant Book is on, it applies to all available dates on your calendar. Guests who meet your requirements will be able to automatically book your place.
