The Pocono Lofthouse w/ a free EV charger is an immaculate 4-bedroom (6 bed) 2-bath getaway home with a 3-season room to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, playing family games, or end your day with a good book while watching the stunning view of the wooded Pocono Mtns or the ski lift & slope right next door! The Lofthouse features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 Wall AC Unit's, refrigerator, dishwasher, new microwave, new toaster, new cooking essentials & can accommodate up to 8 guests only, with a relaxing upstairs loft area and a coffee bistro set for a comfy workstation or playing a good card game. Imagine at the 4-season Saw Creek Estates Community, your family enjoying the outdoor pools, sipping a cold refreshing drink at the poolside tiki bar at Top of the World, joining some fun water aerobics in the summer season or even dining at the Famous Top of the World Restaurant. *A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. Saw Creek Estates rental registration/agreement form (signature required) for community gate entry has to be submitted to Member Services at least 7 days prior to check-in. ID's of ALL guests are required. Primary renter's license has to be current. It's super easy, can be completed digitally on your phone or computer (written or DocuSign), & takes about 5-15 minutes total!
