The space
Designed by architect Renato Tavolaro, Buganville Villas is the perfect expression of sophistication in harmony with nature. Its rustic-contemporary architecture highlights wood and concrete in balance with the surroundings, while colors and landscaping are inspired by the soil, cliffs, and tropical vegetation of the region.
More than a destination, Buganville Villas carries a story. The property was acquired in 1985 by Nelson Alvarenga and has since been passed down through generations as a private family retreat. It was here that children grew up, created lasting memories, and built traditions — through sports, music, shared meals, and days spent by the lake.
The original house, still preserved, remains the heart of this story. The Villas, completed in 2021 by the second generation, represent the evolution of this legacy — thoughtfully designed to welcome guests with comfort, elegance, and authenticity, while preserving the essence that has always defined the property.
Each Villa is composed of three houses connected by elegant pergolas, converging into a spacious social area. There are 9 carefully designed suites, where every detail respects the harmony of the environment. The two Villas are mirrored, identical in concept, yet unique in their views and atmosphere.
Here, time slows down. You fall asleep to absolute silence and wake up to birdsong and breathtaking views of the lake and countryside — an experience that, in just a few days, renews both body and mind.
The leisure structure is complete and seamlessly integrated with nature: expansive living areas, a 140 m² pool, tennis court, multi-sport court, beach tennis, and an exclusive nautical experience including wakeboarding, jet skiing, boat tours, seaplane flights, kayaks, stand-up paddle, and more.
The gastronomy celebrates regional flavors, with fresh ingredients sourced from local producers, along with recipes that are part of the family’s history — simple, authentic, and memorable.
For a fully personalized stay, we offer tailored services such as air and ground transfers, an on-site helipad, as well as activities and amenities including sports lessons, massage therapy, personal training, and full support throughout your stay.

To preserve the elegance, integrity, and care of the gardens and landscaped areas, we kindly ask that all vehicles be parked exclusively in designated areas, avoiding any circulation over the grass.
