The house is situated a 10 min bike ride from Gullholmen and lies approx. 100 meters from the sea, where a morning swim can be indulged from a privately owned dock. The island is car free with beautiful hiking trails. The house is only rented out to non-smokers and a minimum of 2 weeks in the summer peak season (Jun-Aug).
