Condo vacation rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

We had an amazing time at Ashley's place. It was well stocked, clean, and more spacious than we expected for NYC. The downstairs living room/chill zone has an awesome vibe and plenty of comfy furniture. There were some great bars and restaurants right in the area, plus it was just a few blocks from the L train station for easy access to Brooklyn/Manhattan.

Had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. Very convenient location to connect to the rest of the city via public transportation or vehicle. Also a lot of restaurants a couple of blocks away. It’s a new building, so everything is clean and the soundproofing was excellent at keeping street noises out. I get cold easily, but apartment was well insulated and kept a stable temp without having to constantly adjust the temp, so it was very cozy. Host responds very quickly and is proactive. Check-in process was super easy.

A great stay overall!! Parking was difficult but i believe only because we arrived late at night on a weekend.. other than that, the place was beautiful!! I don’t think the pictures do it justice! We truthfully enjoyed our stay!!

We appreciated how responsive and helpful she was prior to our trip at answering our questions and ensuring we had the info we needed to make our stay great. The home is very comfy and relaxing- has everything needed for a nice stay. Neighborhood felt safe, easy to use public transportation, and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! Reinier’s apartment was beautiful, clean and super convenient. It’s also not easy finding a place that includes a garage so close to NYC. We’d absolutely come back!

Becky’s place is such an amazing find. It is so close to everything that you may need and so easy to get into the city via the bus (2-3 minute walk to the bus stop!) or via PATH train. I felt really safe with my young family walking around, and there are lots of parks/playgrounds within a few minutes walk. Becky was really helpful whenever I reached out. We would have no hesitation in booking here again to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great stay. John was a great host. Enjoyed our time here. Would gladly rent again when we need to be in the area

Our second stay here at Olan’s - everything was great just like the last time. We had everything we could need. It was very clean and had all the dishes and cookware we needed for a longer stay this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael’s home was a beautiful place that we were lucky to have stayed in. The perks of a new rehab were appreciated, from the modern kitchen appliances, gorgeous bathroom, new washer, dryer, and relaxing central AC to the wainscoting and high ceilings. We stayed for two months and enjoyed every minute. The gorgeous private deck was over the top, as was the WFH setup and two TVs, so that both of us had privacy while in the apartment. If you enjoy elegant furnishings, total comfort, fine finishes, and a peaceful block near everything - then you will be lucky to have stayed here as well. As a host, Michael was kind, very responsive to any question, and has become a friend. Lucky me! Looking forward to more future stays. Thanks Michael.

The house is extremely cozy and has a great backyard. We honestly loved staying at Anthony's house plus the host was very proactive and explained everything about the house plus nearby surroundings. He made us feel welcomed, was very helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again

I really enjoyed stayed here with my fiancé and sister on our trip. Place was really clean and exexactly as dedescribed. Any questions or concerns that come up they were quick to respond and fix anything that needed to be. Do recrecommend.

I was worried that this place would be loud due to being on a main street. However, the place is very well sound-proofed and I got very peaceful sleep every night of my stay. The place was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located. Newark Penn Station is a 6 minute walk and World Trade Center is a 25 minute Path ride away. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I’s stay was amazing! It was a great location with lots of places to eat and things to do, however it also felt private which we loved! The place matched the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot and if I’m ever in Brooklyn again, there’s no question that this is where I’ll be staying.

Perfect spot for 3 couples to stay and enjoy the city together, would be helpful to have another key fob when the group splits up in addition to more accurate location when booking. Great space to spread out and rest between adventures! We loved it

Alan’s Airbnb was a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. It was close to the bus line in a quiet neighborhood. The home was fresh and cozy with a comfortable bed and nice shower. I appreciated Alan’s clear instructions and friendly communications. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

Eun is the kindest person on the planet! 🥹✨ The communication was excellent, and she helped me a lot with instructions for taking the bus and keeping an eye on me if I needed anything, she made me feel at home, the place is very nice and accessible, the room is large and very comfortable, You have all the comforts of home, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house so going to New York is very easy. Excellent host and place, I would definitely return ❤️❤️❤️✨

Our stay in west orange was wonderful. The air b n b was so clean and extremely well equipped. There was an abundance of supplies and it had everything we needed Christian was so easy to communicate with and just wanted to make sure that we were so comfortable. This air Bnb is the fantastic!! Asaf’s place is amazing, very clean and cozy. Great location, lots to do around, near to Starbucks which is very convenient. Asaf was great, highly recommend his place, planning to book again in the future.
