What a beautiful home!! The house is spacious, very clean and delightfully well equipped. The thought and care down to the little details makes this a unique and very special place stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to come back again next year! Thank you very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this property, the place was clean and welcoming. Jane showed us around and made us feel at home. Jane had left us eggs and marmalade which were so yummy, and even put up a birthday banner for my partner and gifted us some fiz, which was the kindest gesture. The hot tub was lush, perfect temperature for cold evenings. We loved meeting the animals, Sari and Ocean are the sweetest dogs, we fed the fish in the stream, and said hello to Rolo the most beautiful horse. We went to the Vinyard one evening for dinner, cooked one night, and went to The spa hotel for dinner in Tunbridge Wells after visiting Hever Castle. Both restaurants were great.

Five star property! This was our second stay at Nancy’s. It’s a beautiful and comfortable retreat that makes a great base for exploring Kent while within easy reach of London. It’s very spacious, with great pubs nearby, and the pool is a bonus

Absolutely fabulous!! What a perfect place! The location is superb, just enough out of the way to be quiet and see all the stars, yet close enough to the cities and transportation to get anywhere you need without a fuss. Plus the pool and the gardens!! What a fantastic treat! Alex was so wonderfully accommodating and helpful! She had all the little niceties, especially for a family, that made our stay just a little bit easier. Super clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better host or accommodations!

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Furnace House is an amazing place, full of character. Just look at the photos! The setting is so peaceful. We loved going down to the lake, some wandering around it, some taking their morning run. Two of us spotted a couple of kingfishers. Some made good use of the pool, and there was space for boules on the lawn. We were a family group of ten, ranging in age from 8 to 80, that birthday being the focus, and the house suited us brilliantly with rooms large enough to be all together but also space to be apart! In warm October sunshine we had a birthday lunch on the terrace looking out over the garden and beyond. In the area, we’d recommend The Cat at West Hoathley for Sunday roast, and NT Standen is almost on the doorstep. We also did the Pooh Bridge for a photo op. Cindy was very responsive beforehand and there was plenty of local and historic information. Would love to go again!

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

Duncan was a great host! Extremely friendly and responsive to any requests we had from the get go. His place is extremely clean and well maintained. Great space in a good location. Close to walk around to various locations / train stations. Close enough to everything but quiet enough to be away from lots of loud street noise which was great. Was great to hang out with the cats which made it feel really homey! Kitchen was filled with lots of utensils etc. that made it great to cook in. No complaints at all. Aline was really helpful and friendly when checking in. Would stay there again for sure.

Tony was fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful. We had a lovely time there and it was the perfect place for a family get together. The house is large but still feels cosy and is located in a beautiful part of the country side. We would love to return in the summer to fully appreciate the huge outdoor area. We all had a great time, especially my mother who got to celebrate her 80th birthday surrounded by all her children, their partners and her grandchildren. Thank you Tony for making her big day even more special.

We booked to stay here as part of our wedding, we’re fairly local but wanted to stay apart the night before the wedding. The accommodation was perfect, lots of space and bright airy rooms. Bernadette went above and beyond and provided us with some tailored gifts and treats, she even carried the back of my dress to the car on our wedding day. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you again for being a part of our wedding which was absolutely perfect in every way ☺️

We LOVED this AirBnB! Perfect size and location for our bigger group of 11. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us, and the location of the AirBnB was perfect for easy access to the bus and train, especially for us who had plans and concerts all across London. The neighborhood was beautiful, calm, and private, with close access to the high street and grocery stores and restaurants. Cass and the hosts were wonderful, responsive, and so kind and fun to talk to! Truly, this location was the highlight of our trip, and we all commented that if we came back, we would want to stay here again. Perfect!!

Paul was really helpful and very communicative before and during our stay. Their little cottage is perfectly located on a quiet street only a few minutes walk away from the river and Greenwich. My 8 year old godson loved the house so much he insisted on a sleepover! A great way to spend New Year!

The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained, in a quiet area. Travel cot and high chair provided were good quality and clean, and kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a short break. Stefanie was responsive to queries and altogether a great host.

We loved our stay. Tina's beautiful home was a perfect base for our trip to London. Tina was responsive and helpful, and we had all the information we needed. The house was large enough that we all had our own space, and was nice and clean. We would happily stay again!

Every time I come to London I choose to stay at this beautiful place if I can. A great location to work from and experience London.

Family stay for 5. Superb super comfortable and pleasant house. Conveniently located, close to the Underground and access to central London in a few stations. Great communication with Ben.

June's place was absolutely spot on. We used it as a landing pad to get in and out of Central London for a weekend. Four generations of my family stayed at the same time (12 people aged 8 months to 81 years) so it was important for us to have space to spend time together and also that we had access to our space in case we'd had enough of each other😂. The house is lovely and met our needs perfectly; really homely and well furnished🏡. Also perfectly placed for jumping on the tube which is just a 5 min walk 🚇 Jubed called around to see us before we left and it was great to meet him - he's such a helpful and fantastic host. Thank you so much ❤️
