Very nice place as well as host

The flat smelt lovely as soon as we walked in, very clean and fresh. Nice hot water in the shower. Bed linen very fresh and clean too. An extra blanket if needed. We didn't cook whilst we were there but could see it was clean. The microwave worked well though. Fridge was also sparkling clean. The flat is near the Uni so quiet and I would recommend a hire car If you want to get out and about to see the Island.

We liked both the quiet, walkable neighborhood and the clean, spacious apartment. The assigned parking spot, in-unit washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, and elevator within the building were both a huge plus for us! Mike was very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nicosia and the surrounding area.

It was an excellent stay in a very residential and quiet area, like 15 minutes from downtown by car. Nicola and Nick are extremely friendly and attentive to you all the time. I would only recommend renovating some old elements of the apartment, anyway for the price it is very good.

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

Beautiful serene house in the village. Very comfortable outside area with fire pit. Well equipped with cutlery and kitchenware. Evie was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed.

We stayed in a very useful and very clean house on our 4-day vacation. Ms. Sema is very caring and does her best in everything. We will need everything at home. The design is as it seems with everything. We left happy. Thank you so much Ms. Sema.

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was comfortable and well-kept, and the host was incredibly nice and responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated how accommodating they were throughout our stay. While the apartment is a bit far from the sea and the surrounding area doesn’t have a lot of activities within walking distance, having a car made it easy to get around and explore. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet place and plan to have transportation, this is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!

Lovely place very relaxing very clean can’t wait to go back

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

The house was very beautiful and the most important detail was clean. The fact that it was 10 minutes away from the airport was also easy for transportation. Mr. Cemil immediately returned to our messages and was interested, thank you.
