A beautiful, cozy, small but really cute and clean place on one of the most beautiful streets in the center of the city. I really enjoyed my stay there!

A brief but hugely enjoyable stay in the old town of Nice. The hosts were excellently responsive and friendly and the place is absolutely as described. It’s a short walk to the Promenade and all this part of the city has to offer. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!

Very good stay with Kevin! The apartment is very functional, eating on the balcony was really nice, with the sea view. We really enjoyed the quietness of the residence (the pool is a huge plus) and the beautiful beaches nearby. The communication was great with Kevin and his mom, it was really great.:)

Ideal apartment for a stay in Le Lavandou: The layout is such that in every room we are at the sea... the view is splendid, the apartment is well equipped, pleasant to live in and cleaning is nice because Dolorès takes care of it very well. The balcony is very convenient and perfectly oriented: The panoramas offered us sunrises as soon as we woke up were magical. The location is perfect for doing everything on foot... I hope we get a chance to go back. Thanks again Dolorès for your kindness and availability.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

We cherished a serene family retreat, nestled in a tranquil neighborhood. The inviting swimming pool, barbecue area, and tennis table enhanced our stay. Conveniently located next to beaches and the city center, it offered a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. The comfortable interiors and responsive hosts made our experience truly magical.

The house was perfect for us for a vacation with a dog. The garden is completely fenced and the quiet location away from the road is wonderful. The furnishings are as described and Frédéric is a helpful host. I would also like to mention his parents positively, the two took care of us warmly. On foot you can reach a forest with fantastic views of the sea and by car various places and sights are easily accessible. The only noteworthy disadvantage is the long staircase to the house. Annoying with a lot of luggage, but not worth mentioning in everyday life. We immediately felt at home in Frédéric's house and would definitely come back.

Elisabeth is a welcoming and attentive host. The apartment was very clean and functional. Car also on vacation lol Everything is achievable on foot 10 minutes to go to the beach of La Favière and 15 minutes to be on the beaches of Le Lavandou by the Gouron trail. Great stay, I'll come back.

I had a lovely stay at this studio! It is impeccably clean, very well equipped and arranged. The decor is very cute. WiFi is super fast and works very well. The view is sublime, you can enjoy it on the balcony which is quite large! The photos are consistent with reality. The studio is very quiet inside, no neighborhood noise. A lot of attention from the owners in the studio, we feel that everything is done to facilitate the daily life of travelers and make them happy. It's rare enough to be highlighted. The environment is very pleasant, the beaches are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Corinne. She and Sébastien remain available during the stay if needed, which is very nice and helpful of them. We feel that they want to facilitate guests' stays. I say bravo to them for this studio which breathes positive vibes and in which we feel all their kindness.

Great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then the communication was great. In addition, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the start of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need is at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on. It was an experience that will exceed all expectations!
