The Arianna family welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge before continuing our journey further south in Italy. Although the space is compact, it is very well equipped, even better than many larger places we have stayed in. This makes it suitable for longer stays as well. The shower was spacious with plenty of hot water, adding to the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stop!

A wonderful stay! Would recommend to see. Very close to the sea (free beach nearby); A great advantage of this house was the garden, closed from strangers, closed from the wind, very cozy, green, well-maintained, with lemon trees and a summer shower; Very nice garden furniture (table, chairs) is all under a canopy, there is a grill. The living room had a panoramic view of the garden, very beautiful. The house fully corresponded to the photos, everything worked properly, it was clean; Unusual style of the house; MD store is not far away; A bus stop is not far away, but it is more convenient to have your own car, to the center and the railway 2.2 kilometers, if you walk, there are areas where to go to the top; Near the embankment, with a beautiful view of Gaeta. Valeria is very nice and nice ❤️

We spent 7 wonderful days in San Donato in Alessio's apartment. The place is very clean and spacious-especially the shower! It is creatively decorated and has all the amenities one needs. The apartment appears to be newly renovated so everything was in good working order. We visited San Donato because my wife's grandparents were born there in 1900 and we were interested to see where they came from. If we had known how beautiful the town was, we would've stayed longer! the people who live there are very friendly and make you feel like you're part of the family! There are cafes for morning coffee and afternoon aperitif. There are a few restaurants in town. We dined at Osteria Ficcanaso, L'angolo dell' Antico gusto, and walked to La Grotte-a 15 minute walk outside the town. We would highly recommend the food at any of these places!! We spent our days exploring the village which is on a hilltop and the views were amazing! Alessio was always available and responsive We hope to return!!

Wonderful and cozy loft surrounded by nature. Everything was perfect as pictured and Nadia was available and responsive to welcome us and introduce us to the pearls offered by the surrounding area. Also great breakfast served directly by the host full of everything. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house and the area. The view of Pesche from the house is stunning. Services are a 5 minute drive away.

We will be going back again drfineitly a lovely place to stay home from 10/10. Friendly host , any thing you need is never too much to ask.

the house is small but comfortable, it has all the comforts, the location is strategic to get around on foot, the sea is a stone's throw away for a breathtaking landscape like the beach, very nice the fact that it is Pet Friendly, my dog has had so much fun taking walks along the sea. Itaca shopping center is a 10-minute drive away, while a 10-minute walk there are tobacconists and supermarkets. Large terrace with a beautiful view both during the day since it overlooks the sea and at night with the lights of the cities. The wooden stairs that lead to the loft are a little uncomfortable, otherwise nothing to say.

Wow, what an amazing property and hosts. Emanuel and Alba were the best hosts, so friendly and proactive. Emanuel met us to take suitcases to the property when we arrived. I was in awe of the beautiful church just by the property in the piazza, before walking up the cobbled steps to the property where I stopped and took numerous photos of the stunning surroundings. Our apartment was very spacious, very clean. The fridge was stocked full of milk, water, yoghurt and drinks and the table was laden with breakfast pastries etc. when I woke up in the morning and saw the fantastic terrace, I never wanted to leave. We ate breakfast out there every morning, the views were amazing! My favourite part of the daWe were invited to their restaurant as guests which was just underneath the building. What a lovely evening, the food was incredible, Emanuel did magic tricks for the kids and we talked and ate as friends. Their hospitality was second to none. We are already planning to come back next year ?
