Beautiful 2-room old building apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine furniture and general ski storage. Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bright living room and a balcony with seating. Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is a few minutes' walk from the center of Bad Gastein and the ski bus stop. Parking spaces in front of the house, a laundry room, a bicycle room, a lift and a ski room with boot heating are also available.

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
