This is strategic location for a simple reason, seems to be far away because is quiet, full of green and with a beautiful ocean view but it is just 430 meters from the main square of the village.

If you are looking for a simple, functional and very well located space, our studio is the ideal choice! We are on the main street of Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from the sand of Primeira Praia, between the charming Vila (2-minute walk) and the bustling Segunda Praia (5-minute walk). The flat is compact, well organized and has a shared pool, 24-hour security and night watchman. ✔ Ideal for 2 people, but we can accommodate up to 3 for those who prioritize savings.
