We had such a good time at Regina’s place. The location is great close to markets, restaurants bars. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need for a Greta stay. Regina is such a great host and their flexibility with the check out was essential since we were with kids. I highly recommend her place.

Emília is a great host, very friendly and responsive. All instructions that she had given prior to arrival were perfect and i was able to refer back to them throughout my stay. The apartment is clean, well furnished and has everything you need. I stayed for 30 days with three others and we had all the necessities throughout for cooking, cleaning and when we wanted to change towels/sheets there were spares. The area is perfect as it is close too all the essentials and it is close enough to the centre that it is only a short Uber ride away. Great host, great location and great price

Excellent condominium and a very comfortable apartment. all amenities available either at the apartment or the building. self service laundry with washers and dryers available on site as well as a convenience store, cafe, hair and nail salon and more. would definitely book again.

It is a room inside the St Paul Plaza Hotel. The main positive points are the location and structure of the hotel with a swimming pool, gym and 24-hour concierge. The room is ok. Everything is very old, but to sleep, shower and watch TV fulfills the task of a cost/benefit option well.

I rented Ronaldo's place to a friend. He really enjoyed it and asked me to give it 5 stars to everything! In addition to reinforcing that Ronaldo was very kind. Thanks for everything.

Very nice apartment, matches the photo, the owner was attentive and let us leave 12 hours instead of 11 I would rent again. Improvement points of the maintenance of the air conditioning that was a little weak and better cleaning of the bathroom that was grimy. We inform the owner who informed that the cleaning lady would go to the room to do the cleaning but she had an unforeseen health and cannot attend.

It was the best apartment I ever stayed in bsb! It is very complete and very beautiful, just like the pictures. Very comfortable bed and full top quality kitchen — a special mention to the lighting project (including the bathroom), which is wonderful. Rafael was also super attentive and flexible, even in the event of some unforeseen events. If you're not driving, you may suffer a little while getting around, but it's on the bill.

Leila's place is in a great location, on a block that has prime trades for those staying. The place looks very much like the description. I found the bathroom a little tight, but nothing that compromises the days I was there.

Very well located condominium (close to shopping and supermarket) and in a safe area. Extremely charming ap, well cared for, clean and organized. Owner very polite, attentive and constantly concerned for the well-being of the guest. I recommend and return with great peace of mind on my trips to Bsb.

The kit is very well designed. A great sofa and a great bed. Washing machine and filter Great for the night. Quiet kit. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops. But the fact that I don't have any views to the outside bothers me a little bit. But it's just a detail I was already aware of when booking.
