This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The apartment is on the 22nd floor (generator for elevator if power is out--works 99% of the time) facing west that gives a great view of the city and sunsets. Apartment has two air conditioners, fast Wi-Fi with many TV channels. The location has gated parking with a remote provided by the apartment. The enclosed grounds have medical, dental, hair cutter, and an excellent gym. Location is a short walk to larger stores and city transportation. Elena is very helpful, and we met the apartment owner a few days before departing who is very friendly.

Игорь’s home was incredible, best airbnb I’ve stayed in Kyiv so far. Lovely views of the river great walkable area and decent street parking which is a huge plus in the city. Responsive and thoughtful host with excellent recommendations and expedient communication. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit!

Wonderful apartment, everything is modern and functional, a lot of dishes, pleasant trinkets in the form of fruits, candles and leaflets❤️ The only thing that caused questions is heating the room. The built-in air conditioning system is buzzing, not comfortable with it at night. And we didn't understand the warm floor in the bathroom, we couldn't turn it on.
