We stayed here for a friend’s wedding at the Warwick and it was perfect! The place was so clean, welcoming, and the kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. Teresa was so kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this AirBnB, and it was truly an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt so cozy and inviting—almost like being at home. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The amenities were excellent. They provided cable TV, high-speed internet, and everything you could possibly need for a seamless stay. It was all there, ready for me to enjoy without any hassle. When I first arrived, I did encounter a minor issue: the shower was not functioning. However, the hosts demonstrated what true hospitality looks like. They addressed the problem immediately, sending someone out to fix it right away. Their prompt response meant I didn’t miss a beat in my plans, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch. The level of care and attention they provided made the stay memorable. If you're looking for a place... This is it!!!

This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. My wife was very impressed and wanted to thank them personally. There is a reason they have great reviews. We in town for the Cowboys game and also wanted to be close to the downtown area of Grapevine. The whole stay was perfect.

This location is ideal for anyone it was clean and comfortable it felt like a second home. The host really thinks about the guest and communicates very quickly. The space matches the pictures. I plan on using again.

This was the most well equipped AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. From shampoo and conditioner to laundry detergent to coffee to aluminum foil to Tupperware to ziplock bags…the home was amazingly stocked for a worry free stay! It was easy to cook meals for the family and store leftovers away for the next day. The homeowners have made excellent use of space and my family of four enjoyed our stay. The beds are very firm but comfortable. If you are a soft mattress fan, it will be an adjustment. I’d recommend this house without reservation!

The house was in immaculate condition and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and had so many extras in the bathroom and kitchen. We were close to George Bush Turnpike and also 121. We definitely will stay here again if we come back to the DFW area.

Was as described and true to the pictures. Hot tub was a nice addition as well as the outdoor fire pit. Inside had a nice open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with a Bluetooth speaker setup that was easy to maneuver.

Gorgeous property, wonderful hosts, met expectations from description. My friends and I celebrated a group birthday/Friendsgiving here and this property was able to accommodate us and allowed us to have a wonderful feast! Definitely a memorable experience. Highly recommend.

Melissa was great - super responsive and helpful! The house is a great place for groups with kids of all ages! They had baby gear and toys perfect for our littlest one and games and entertainment great for our kids, tweens and teens. Highly recommend this house for family groups! The one thing I would say to be aware of is the master bedroom has a skylight so if anyone in that room needs to have it dark for sleep in daylight hours you may struggle some.

The house was exactly as pictured and the small touches such as the fun kitchenware, in-home entertainment options and expressive decor made our stay an 11/10. Do not hesitate to book this home for your Dallas adventures!

We had a great time staying here for a few days of our honeymoon. It made me smile when we walked in and saw the towels shaped into a heart waiting for us. Gave an extra attention to detail feeling. Great neighborhood and would for sure stay again

We stayed here for a concert and it was a great place. About 15-20 minutes from the venue. Kane and Melanie’s place was perfect. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, shower was perfect and would recommend their place to anyone. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Communication was top notch as well. Great area/location, a reserved parking space, and easy to find. Close to restaurants and other areas of interest. The condo itself is a great and one that I would book again if I'm back in the area and is available.

Kenneth was always available to help us and gave very clear instructions on how to get to his condo. I know in other comments it was mentioned the difficulty of getting to the spot but that was not our experience. Kenneth gives clear directions on how to get to his condo. Would gladly stay here again.
