A self-contained two-storey flat within our historic country house, in a peaceful location yet only 2km from central Oxford: the best of both worlds. A huge bedroom on the first floor with charming views over the orchard; go up its own small winding staircase to a sitting room with dining area, a small kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster) and private bathroom (with shower over the bath). Occasional extra guests can stay in the two sofa beds, for a charge of £20 per bed per night

The flat is small but ideal for short stay visits. It is unoccupied for the day before each guest arrives and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. There is a dining table and 2 dining chairs and a sofa bed for one person Shower-room has a shower, washbasin, toilet,towel rail radiator. Bedroom has an English Standard Double bed, with reading lights, drawer space, clothes hanging rail, full-sized mirror, hairdryer.
