Absolutely lovely experience from Juli and Walter! The class was informative, fun, and hands on, and the sampling of all of the breads, her homemade beverages, and the surprise at the end was icing on the cake. It's very obvious that Juli loves being in the kitchen and coming up with new recipes, and it resonates as she shares her years of knowledge with others. Being a "chaos chef" i.e., a cook that never uses measuring devices, it's hard to transition to working with precise measurements. But her instructions make it easier and highlight the importance of doing so.
Big kudos to Walter, as he was working hard behind the scenes throughout the entire class and checking in with us to make sure we were all taken care of. He was very thoughtful. It is very clear that they work together well as a team, and would highly recommend this class if you're willing to learn and make an effort to learn how to bake (and for you chefs out there, how to measure!).
