COFFEE LOVER and farmer. That is what I have passion for and my expertise is in the history of coffee and the cultivating process of it. I've spent many years learning about coffee but also of my Puerto Rico heritage and history an how it is vital to the coffee plantation on the island. As a local I offer a unique view on our coffee hacienda.

What we’ll do
We will enjoy a full coffee experience. In the island of Puerto Rico coffee is very important. Here we will enjoy a walking tour around the hacienda Lorenzo as I show you all the history of coffee, how it got to Puerto Rico and al the steps of the coffee process from the seed all the way to the cup. Where you'll be
We first start bi visiting the seed and coffee tree nursery. We the walk around the hacienda to see and feel first hand the coffee tree and the beans. After that we go to the compost are to learn of the process. Later we stop at the beneficiado were we show the depulping machinery of the coffee beans and end at the roasting center and coffeeshop.
