I am so glad it was a walking tour! The desserts were great and so was our guide! He was very personable. We got history and local flavor. Had a great time!

My only issue with the tour was that I feel it was improperly advertised as to who the guide is. Maybe I misread the information but I thought my tour guide would be a woman, and was very caught off guard when it was a man. He didn’t initially introduce himself as the tour guide either and I thought he was an employee of the restaurant. Other than that, I thought the tour was filled with nice historic facts about Savannah and the desserts were really good. However, 3 hours of eating desserts and walking around seemed to be a little long. I think 2 hours would be a better fit.

Our tour guide Crystal was a great disappointment. We could hardly hear her and it seem like it didn’t matter to her because she wasn’t concern with the folks toward the back. Plus my husband mentioned he’s allergic to alcohol and one of the stops she didn’t make sure if there was alcohol in the beer cheese. My husband asked the waitress and she was so concerned and switched it out for delicious hummus.

We had a great time trying 5 different desserts. Roman was a great guide and told us some fun stories as well as recommendations for food/bars!

This was great! Just a small note that it may not be exact with where they go, but awesome if you’re a flexible schedule person!
