What you'll do
Itinerary: 9:00 am - Meet up at MRT Silom Station Exit 1 (in front of Lumphini park) 9:30 am - Begin training in Lumphini park. I will be coaching the basics of self-defense system that can be used in real situations. Basics include how to fight in chaotic situations, how to escape from grabbing and how to counter-attack. 11:00 am - Finish up the training and get ready to go Chinatown by MRT 11:30 am - Arrive in Chinatown and we will explore Chinese street food 1:00 pm - Visit Guan Yim Temple and Wat Traimit (Temple of Golden Buddha) to see the difference between Thai and Chinese temples. 2:00 pm - Conclude our experience with cherished memories at MRT Hua Lumphong Station

Martial arts have always been my passion. I have been training in Judo, Kung Fu, and Self-Defense since 2010. I believe we all need to know the skills of self-defense, regardless of your age and gender. You never know when you will need to use these skills, to protect yourself or someone you love.

Where you'll be
Training takes place inside Lumphini park. After training, we head to Chinatown by MRT. We will walk around Chinatown and visit Temple of Golden Buddha and Guan Yim Temple. Experience will finish at MRT Wat Mangkon station
