What you'll do
You will join us in the middle of nature just a few steps from the Acerenza dam (one of the most beautiful towns in Italy), in close contact with some very sweet alpaca specimens, during which you can take them for a walk and take lots of pictures. Along the way we will talk about the origins of these strange and sweet animals and many other curiosities. To conclude the journey, you will finally realize a laboratory with their highly prized wool.

I am Canio Caruso, owner of the first and only Alpaca farm in central / southern Italy. One of the first to have invested in alpacas, rare and unique animals bred only and exclusively for their precious wool. Over the years I have learned a lot of knowledge staying in close contact with my alpacas, now an integral part of my family .. Through a sensory journey in the ancient Peruvian civilization, I teach adults and children the relationship with alpacas and their care.
