What you'll do
If you want to continue to stay in shape while traveling or are a Toronto local looking to train outdoors, then let two roving bootcamp specialists help you energize your day. Experience the ultimate workout in the city's parks. Let nature be your backdrop as you perform proper warm-ups, a cardio component, and total body strengthening. All fitness levels welcome. The workout begins with 30 minutes of various fitness and cardiovascular exercises followed by small group, isolation, and isometric-based endurance and resistant training methods. We'll start the workout in one location, then run to the next to continue exercising in a different spot. Recharge your mind and body, and boost your mood by relieving stress.
Where you'll be
Roving Outdoor Bootcamp goes to a different park for each session. The parks include Earl Bales Park in North York, High Park in Toronto, and Abbotsford Park in North York. All parks are accessible by car or public transit.

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Guests should wear proper shoes and suitable exercise clothing for the outdoors. We will train in any weather conditions unless notified otherwise.
