What a treat! I first did an experience with Carlos in 2019 and I was excited to take another one on my return to CDMX this week. It was so special and exceeded my already high expectations. He is the real deal. If you come with kindness and curiosity it returns it many times over. Don’t miss out!

I cannot express enough how incredible this tour was. It's so important to know our history, who came before us, the lives they lived, the love they experienced. Carlos doesn't just tell stories. He weaves a beautiful web of lives lived by gay men in Mexico City. This tour was one of the highlights of my week in CDMX. I cannot recommend his tours enough.

What an incredible, and fun afternoon with Carlos.
His profound and intimate knowledge of the ancient and contemporary history of CDMX and of the United Mexican States is incredible. His engaging way of storytelling, his love for the progress of the LGBTQ+ community in his Country, and for everything that is about tolerance and diversity, allowed us to understand so much about where we were and about what was around us. He let us feel on our skin the incredible value of the freedom that we can live today, thanks to the hard work and the little achievements reached by the community, one after the other, in the last century/ies. Grazie Carlos! Alla prossima!

Carlos is an extraordinary historian! I was astounded at his history, stories and personal experience of the Mexican LGBTQ+ community. It was so nice to see the Mexican community and history from that lens. It was also great to have that connected to modern day. Great experience!

If you are queer and visiting Mexico City for the first time, 100% prioritize this tour. You will not regret it and you will wish it lasted even longer. Carlos is a superior storyteller who has refined this experience into a masterclass of queer history in Mexico City that provided more information, context, delight, and excitement than I could have ever anticipated. I ended up being the only one on my tour so we had total flexibility to take our time and dive deep into the stories he had to tell. It was 5 hours I would never take back.

Book this!! This tour touched me and changed the way I think about history not only in Mexico but generally. I learnt so much. Carlos is a true historian, he cares about the context and the interdependencies of historical events, I love the way he built that into the tour. I am forever changed because of this tour. I had goosebumps and at times almost a bit teary! A must do!!!!
