What we’ll do

I will have all the ingredients to make lobster rolls including the lobsters. I will show you how to cook and dissect lobsters. You will walk away feeling like an expert in dissecting a lobster for its meat. After the lobster's been dissected we will divide up the meat and prepare the lobster rolls together. The lobsters are not harmed at any point and boiling them is painless. I try to keep it as fun as possible but if lobster races aren't your thing we can skip it. If you don't like the noise the lobsters make (it's the same noise a tea kettle makes) you can step out for a minute.

Where you'll be

I buy all the lobsters from local fisherman. We will cook the lobsters in my kitchen and make the lobster rolls in my dining / living room where there is more room to work.

Government ID
