What you'll do

We will meet at Kolbe Coffee shop in Point Pleasant, where we will have coffee and gather the group. We will then go to do yoga, please let me know if you need a mat, better to bring your own. I will bring bottled water for everyone. We will do an hour class at the pavilion at Tohickon park. It will be a 5 star class. The Balcony where we will be doing yoga is a rustic Pavillion Terrace that looks out over Stover State Park. After class we will begin a 1 hour hike through Ralph Stover State park. Be sure to have good sneakers or hiking shoes. Stover is an isolated, beautiful and complicated maze of trails. A guide is a must as it is easy to get caught up in the different trails. If you have physical restrictions, let me know. I am sensitive to disabilities as I have drop foot, which is loss of dorsiflexion in my foot. So I know how to work around health concerns and navigate the trails. For the Vinyasa yoga class I know variations for people with different physical concerns. When we conclude, you will feel as though we accomplished something grand and relaxed. Come, Enjoy! DECEMBER THRU MARCH WE WILL ONLY DO THE YOGA IF THE WEATHER PERMITS..
