I am French and studied gastronomy like all French people. I arrived in Argentina 10 years ago and I couldn't leave this country because I fell in love. I restored an old house with archaeologists in which a very traditional bar is operating for the people of the neighborhood. Inspired by the memories of the elderly who visit us and my expeditions in Argentina to look for products, I share Creole cuisine and its typical recipes with locals and travelers. In 2015, I won the CCAB Sustainable Leadership Award and last year I received the Diploma of Honor from the Argentine Society of Writers and the Almafuerte Circle in recognition of our outstanding work in pursuit of culture and art. I love sharing my passion for Argentina. I even got Argentine nationality!
