About your host

Hello! My name is Andrew and I love photographing the outdoors. Having sailed to Antarctica, trecked the himalayas and camped under the northern lights in svalbard to capture some of natures beauty, I am delighted to offer nature photography workshops within Londons oyster zone. I have been published by Nat Geo, instruct for the Royal Photography Society and am a Sony Global Imaging Ambassador.

The day will begin with a warm drink in a cafe near Chorleywood Station (inside the oyster zone for those travelling by train). We will make our way through the beautiful Chess Valley, keeping an eye out for kingfishers, water voles, brown trout, red kites, orchids and…

Where you'll be

The Chess Valley has some of the most attractive countryside in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You'll discover the site of a Roman farm-villa at Latimer and pass the 13th century Chenies Manor visited by Elizabeth I. The link below will download a leaflet on the Chess Valley for more information https://www.chilternsaonb.org/uploads/files/Walks_and_Rides/chess_valley_walk_web_version.pdf
