About your hosts

I love food and have cooked my entire life. For more than 8 years I've run a food blog. I think everybody deserves good food every day, and I truly enjoy preparing good food for my family and friends. I have won a cooking competition, but it is not all fine dining. Once a week I cook for homeless people at a soup kitchen.

What we’ll do

I invite you to dine with my family. You will be served good homemade Norwegian everyday food (nothing weird) at our dining table. I try to use seasonal and primarily Norwegian ingredients. The meal will consist of a main course of meat and fish with a side dish and a simple desert.

What else you should know

The rules for serving alcohol are very strict in Norway, so I will not serve any alcoholic beverages. Anyway, it is traditional to drink water with dinner, so that or apple juice is what I will serve along with the meal. There is a small staircase (4 steps) to the entrance.

What I’ll provide

Dinner and Dessert
Every day at six o'clock I serve my family a hearty homemade meal, and now I want to invite you to join us to experience a Norwegian dinner.
